Emphatic victories for PMS and OCS in Schools Football

The two frontrunners in the Cool and Smooth Joma Ministry of Sports Under 16 School League, the Ottos Comprehensive School and Princess Margaret School picked up emphatic wins on Monday when competition resumed. OCS blanked St Mary’s Secondary School 5-0 with Demarre Swift registering a brace while Jahkim Benjamin, Shamoy Chiddick and Tafari Looby scored one each.

The match between PMS and the Antigua Grammar School saw the defending Champions win 3-0. Jahmarie George and Mario Lewis both scored for the victors while an unfortunate own goal was scored by AGS.

On Thursday, AGS will clash with the Clare Hall Secondary School while the featured encounter of the day will see leaders PMS and OCS battle at the Antigua Recreation Grounds. At the Keithley Sheppard Park, the St Joseph’s Academy will meet All Saints Secondary School while a derby encounter will see SMSS play Jennings Secondary School.
