Elderly man knocked down, driver allegedly flees then returns

A man in his 60s was struck down shortly before 8pm tonight while riding his bicycle in the vicinity of Townhouse Mega Store, All Saints Road.
Ricaldo Francis sustained severe injuries to his head and was crying out for pain on the scene before an ambulance rushed him to hospital.
The driver of the bus, which had a government licence plate, left the scene but returned about an hour later.
The elderly man is said to be well known to people in the area who said he rides by very often.
