Eight more virus cases

Eight more Covid-19 cases have been recorded in Antigua and Barbuda, the latest dashboard from the Ministry of Health released yesterday afternoon revealed.

The new cases were discovered among 85 samples processed by Mount St John’s Medical Centre.

They bring the total number of confirmed virus cases since the start of the pandemic to 945 – 351 of which are active. There have been 25 fatalities announced to date.

Meanwhile, 39 more recoveries have been recorded bringing that total to 569.
