Dadli Designs pick up another pivotal win

Dadli Designs picked up another pivotal victory on Sunday night in the Cool and Smooth Business Basketball league at the JSC Sports Complex.
  After upsetting Barbuda 1 just 24 hours prior, Dadli Designs rode that momentum into their matchup with another top team, APUA Head Office, defeating them 63-58 in the feature match of the triple header.
National Junior players, Lincoln Weekes and Javon Simon were unstoppable forces scoring 24 and 22 points to give their team a much-needed win.
 Nickon McGregor scored 17 for APUA.
Tavarus Benta assisted sinking 15 and Shawn Nicholas contributed with 13 in a losing effort.
This win now puts Dadli Designs in the 8th spot one win behind of Suga Beez with one game in hand.
APUA now find themselves with the possibility of dropping to 5th or 6th place as they still have one more game in hand versus Kennedy’s.
 Suga Beez also found themselves in the winner’s circle trouncing Cleaners, 109-60.
Brothers, Selassie and Kwame “Special K” Brathwaite led their team to a much-needed win scoring a combined 65 of their team’s 109 points.
Teammates, Doyle Carter and Joel London assisted by netting 16 and 15 points respectively.
Cleaners’ Russel Daley had a game high 30 points with assistance from Ishan Peets who had 13 points and Franklyn “Spider-man” Corbett, 12.
In the other game that night, Blue Waters trumped A-mobile Young Rivals, 81-38.
Tristan Jacobs was the leading scorer for his team with 18 points.
Teammates, Raji Thomas and David Fleming scored 17 points.
Vernel Alexander chipped in with 15 points and Erol Quallis contributed making 11.
 Jeffrey George had 12 points for Young Rivals with teammate, Raheim Lewis sinking 11 in a losing effort.
