Free activity sessions are being held this week from November 5 to 9 for teachers and children’s club leaders to participate in a fun-packed, virtual historical and cultural journey through Antigua & Barbuda.
From crosswords to colouring, comprehension to anagrams, children will  have the chance to  learn more about the twin islands’ history and culture through a set of engaging activities.

The sessions are suitable for grades two to six and are being conducted by primary school teacher Irene Danics, co-author of children’s guidebook ‘Explore Antigua & Barbuda’. The fully-illustrated 80-page book was published last year and offers youngsters and visitors a snapshot of life here through the ages.
Co-author and Antigua-based journalist Gemma Handy will also be  present to give a brief segment on writing articles for media.
