Marelis Horsford, the woman who beat a nurse and violated self-quarantine, was just ordered by the court to pay $500 to the nurse for battery and $5000 to the court for breaking quarantine restrictions.
She was reprimanded for the charge of malicious damage but the charge of insulting language, which she had denied, was withdrawn by the prosecution.
