Bolans get comfortable win over Blackhawks as Master Ballers, Swetes and SAP also triumph in First Division

Bolans FC recorded a dominant 6-0 victory over former top flight champions, Liberta Blackhawks, when they met in the Antigua and Barbuda Football Association (ABFA) First Division on Thursday.

Playing at home, Bolans had a hattrick from Teriq Highland who netted in minutes 5, 13 and 78. Calvin Reid had given Bolans the lead in the fourth minute while Burton Herdsman (20) and Taeim Tonge (90+1) both scored once in the dominant win.

There was a comfortable victory as well for FC Master Ballers as they beat Urlings 4-2 at Radio Range. Greg Williams led the charge for the victors with a double, scoring in minutes 26 and 45+5. He had assistance from Shemarah Andrew who scored in the 22nd and Robert Teejay who found the back of the net in the 47th minute. Shaquille Henry (15) and Daniel Joseph (19) were the goal-scorers for Urlings.

Also on Thursday, Swetes had the better of Police 2-0 when they met in Johnsons. Jondale Jno-Lewis scored in the opening minute while Shalon Knight secured all three points for the Swetes team with a 45th minute strike.

At Golden Grove, the visiting SAP FC defeated home team Lion Hill by a 2-0 margin. Shaquan Telemaque (52) and Jermaine Browne (88) were on target for the winners.
