The Antigua and Barbuda Benna Boys were held to a 2-2 draw by the visiting Bahamas senior men’s national team when they met in the return leg of the Concacaf Nations League here at the Antigua and Barbuda Football Association (ABFA) Technical Centre yesterday afternoon.
Playing in League B, Group D of the competition, Bahamas went ahead in the fifth minute via a Nathan Wells strike. The goal would eventually send the visitors into the dressing room as one-nil leaders at half time.
However, Antigua and Barbuda regained control of the match on resumption with striker Joshua Parker and midfielder Thomas James Bramble scoring in quick succession to put the home team 2-1 up.

Parker hit the back of the net in minute 54 to draw the Benna Boys level before Bramble, five minutes later, netted the go-ahead goal from close range.
An 82nd minute conversion from Nahum Johnson, however, dampened the home team’s hopes of taking all three points from the contest while earning Bahamas their first point in four matches.
Antigua and Barbuda beat Bahamas 4-1 in the first leg contested Saturday in the Bahamas.
In the other Group D match, Guyana beat Puerto Rico 3-1 when they met in St Kitts.
The draw put the Benna Boys third in the four-team standings in League B, Group D with four points after four matches. Bahamas are at the bottom of the standings with just one point. Guyana leads the standings with 12 points with Puerto Rico in second with six points.
