'We sent them to find bodies' says CMO: Barbuda devastation

Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Dr Rhonda Sealy-Thomas says she and others expected the worst when rescue teams and emergency personnel were sent to Barbuda in the initial aftermath of Hurricane Irma. Speaking at a National Office of Disaster Services (NODS) press conference on Saturday, Dr Sealy-Thomas and officials from NODS called it a “miracle” that only one person died during the Hurricane.
