Barbuda Council cites issues with post-Hurricane Irma development

Housing for Barbudans is still a major factor, almost four years after Hurricane Irma destroyed the huge percentage of the 62-square mile island.

Chairperson of the Barbuda Council Jacqui Frank says some major projects are still ongoing much to the disappointment of many Barbudans.

Frank also spoke about another issue with the state utility company APUA which is also affecting the process.
