Antigua sailors eligble for international job hunt

ST JOHN’S, Antigua – The London based Royal Ocean Racing Club, which puts on the RORC Caribbean 600 in Antigua, is in the market for a deputy racing manager.

RORC has put out an international appeal, creating the possibility that someone from Antigua could get the job.

The advertisement says the role is to assist with the development, planning and execution of RORC races and events in the UK and abroad.

The person being sought has a background in a dinghy or keelboat race management, a proven record in managing people, projects and budgets and good communication and interpersonal skills.
