Team Antigua and Barbuda got off to a winning start in the ECCB International Netball Series in St Lucia, beating Grenada 39-37 at the Beausejour Indoor Facility on Sunday.

 Rayana Regis led the scoring for Antigua and Barbuda with 32 of 36 attempts, while Amey Lake sank seven of 10 attempts.

In a losing effort, Celine Browne was the top shooter for Grenada with 26 of 33 attempts while Britney Jones picked up eight of her 12 attempts.

In other results on Sunday, hosts St Lucia defeated Montserrat 66-9, Cayman Islands crushed Anguilla 90-14 while St Vincent & the Grenadines defeated Dominica 71-32.
