All Saints United delivered a master class performance in the Antigua and Barbuda Football Association Premier League on Saturday, thrashing Greenbay Hoppers FC 6-0 in the most decisive victory of the day’s matches at the ABFA Technical Center.
The rout began in the 39th minute when Raheem Deterville opened the scoring for United. Dorien Cole doubled the advantage just before half time, finding the net in the 44th minute. The second half saw United continue their relentless assault, with Deterville completing his brace in the 55th minute, followed quickly by Tiquan Isaac’s strike in the 59th minute. Vashami Allen added his name to the score sheet in the 67th minute, before D’Andre Bishop completed the demolition with a goal in the 87th minute.
In contrast, the day’s other matches were tightly contested affairs. Pigotts Bullets SC and FC Aston Villa shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw that featured dramatic timing at both ends. Akeem Isaac put Bullets ahead early, finding the net in the 8th minute. The score remained unchanged until stoppage time when Jahiem Ferron rescued a point for Villa with a crucial equalizer in the 91st minute.
The clash between Garden Stars FC and Old Road FC also ended in a 1-1 stalemate. Old Road drew first blood through Shackwon Simon just before halftime in the 44th minute. Garden Stars’ persistence paid off in the 68th minute when Jahred Williams levelled the score, ensuring both teams walked away with a point each.
