A 42-year-old man has been found dead in Point.

The body of Ottowa Francis, of Lower North Street, was discovered at around 8.25 am this morning. He was found lying face down in a gutter on Lower North Street.

A doctor pronounced him dead just over an hour later.

Police spokesman Inspector Frankie Thomas said, “There is no visible evidence to suggest foul play at this time. However, further investigations are ongoing.”
