Elderly woman found on Waterloo Road reunited with family

KINGSTON, Jamaica — An elderly woman who was found wandering on Waterloo Road in St Andrew yesterday, was reunited with her relatives last afternoon, the police say.
Within hours of her discovery on the busy Corporate Area thoroughfare, Elise Binns, also known as ‘Grace’, who is believed to be in her seventies, was reunited with her family, the Jamaica Constabulary Force Twitter account said.
