The Chief Town and Country Planner Frederick Southwell says efforts are underway to speed up the time in which the Development Control Authority approves projects.
He says the changes that are coming should also give the country a better ranking in the World Bank’s Ease of Doing Business Report.
Fredrick tells Observer Media the intention is to have drawings and plans submitted in a digital form.

Frederick says there have been some technical hurdles.
